Age Requirements
To be eligible for admission, your child must meet the following age criteria as of March 31st of the academic year.
KG1
Child must be 4 years old by March 31st.
KG2
Child must be 5 years old by March 31st.
Grade 1
Child must be 6 years old by March 31st.
Admission Priority
Admissions are granted based on the following priority list, subject to seat availability.

Document Requirements
Please ensure all the following documents are ready for submission during the registration process.
- check_circlePhotocopy of the child’s passport with valid U.A.E. visa
- check_circleThree recent passport-size photographs of the child
- check_circleBirth Certificate Copy.
- check_circleEmirates ID Copy.
- check_circlePhotocopy of the original Mark Sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school. (This is required for students coming from Grade 2 and onwards).
Students seeking admission from Grade 2 are required to submit the Original Transfer Certificate Or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended as per the guidelines given below
- check_circleFor students coming from outside the UAE., the following order of the attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate.
- check_circleThe TC must be in English Language.
- check_circleThe TC must be countersigned by the District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools)
- check_circleEmbassy or Consulate in UAE of the country where TC was issued.
- check_circleUAE Foreign Affairs.
Students coming from within the UAE are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate Or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education for the Emirate (for other than Sharjah Zone Schools).
- check_circleFresh admission for KG1 classes is usually conducted in the month of November/December and for other classes in January. Vacancies for classes other than KG1 are confirmed after analysing the re-registration data of the existing students.
Medical Details
The school insists that every student should possess a valid health card required by the health authorities. The Ministry of Health provides the necessary immunization for the students according to the Immunization Schedule followed by them. However, those who do not possess vaccination card are vaccinated on the basis of their previous medical records, submitted by the parents to the school.
